Who I Am

I was born in Dallas, Texas. I have degrees in theatre design from The University of Texas at Austin and Rutgers University. For 35 years I worked as a set designer in the film industry. Now I sculpt.

About My Work

I make representational figures (mostly females). Sometimes I play with a bit of abstraction, or personal symbolism. Almost all of my work is narrative, as I try to answer my own questions about living. The human figure is inexhaustibly subtle and expressive.
